2014 Pryde’s EasiFeed Newcomer/Horse of the Year

Equestrian Queensland is seeking Trade Stand Expressions of Interest for our 2014 Pryde’s EasiFeed Newcomer/Horse of the Year Show. This event will be held on 11-12 October at Park Ridge Pony Club. This event attracts approximately 130 horse and rider combinations from across Queensland. It is the pinnacle of Show Horse events in Queensland allowing riders the opportunity to qualify for the Australasian Show Horse & Rider Championships.  

Important Information – please read before submitting an expression of interest

1. Trade Stalls are available at a cost of $150 inclusive for the entire event and are only available in 3m by 3m.
2. Exhibitors are required to bring their own marquee.
3.  No electrical supply will be available.
4. Trade Stands must be erected by 7:00am before classes commence on Saturday 11 October and all vehicles must be out of the trade area by this time.
5. Trade Stands cannot be dismantled until after the conclusion of all classes on Sunday 12 October.
6. All trade stand logos will be placed on the event program, EQ Show Horse Webpage and Facebook with direct links to your webpage.
7. Trade exhibitors must provide an item for the Equestrian QLD raffle.
8. Security will be the sole responsibility of the Operator.
9. All operators must hold a current public liability insurance policy. Equestrian QLD insurance will not cover any loss, damage or liability claim of a participant.
