2021 EQ ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING REGISTRATION & VOTING REMINDER
The Equestrian Queensland (EQ) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held:

Voting for Interschool Queensland and Show Horse Queensland Elections and Closing Date
Voting is being conducted by a ‘Digital Ballot Paper’ through the MyEA Member Portal (see example photo below).
Members have until 4.30pm Monday 21 March 2022 to submit their vote/s in preparation for the AGM.
AGM Special Resolution
The EQ AGM Agenda includes a Special Resolution with recommendation by the Board of Equestrian Queensland to confer Honorary Life Membership to any member of Equestrian Queensland that has represented Australia at an Olympic or Paralympic Games in the sport of equestrian who are not already recognised as an Honorary Life Member of the association.
Voting on the Special Resolution will be conducted by ‘’Digital Ballot Paper” at the AGM on 30 March 2022.
Unable to Attend the EQ AGM
Members who are unable to attend the AGM are permitted to appoint a proxy to vote on the Special Resolution by completing the form below. Proxy forms must be received by 6.30pm Monday 28 March 2022 via [email protected] or by post to Sports House, Suite 1.05, 150 Caxton Street, Milton 4064.
