HVE Member Survey

Equestrian Queensland is seeking further feedback from individual members and event organisers to gain insights on Hendra Vaccination and condition of entry requirements for equestrian events.

Please take five minutes to compete this short survey before Noon Friday 28^th August.  Submissions will be collated to provide further clarity on members, both individuals and event organisers position in relation to Hendra Vaccinated Events (HVE) and each submission which provides their details will go into the draw to win a 2016 membership up to the value of $320.
