Notice of AGM Wednesday 15 March 2017 and call for Nominations
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Members of Equestrian Queensland Inc. that the 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Wednesday, 15 March 2017 at 6.00pm.
Please find below nomination forms for election to either an Equestrian Queensland Sport Committee or the Board of Equestrian Queensland.
When nominating, please provide a 300 word summary of your skills, attributes and experience that you believe are relevant to your nomination.
Board Nominations Sport Committee Nomination
The election cycle for the Sport Committees and the Board, requires at this time, for the election of two (2) persons to the sport committees and two (2) persons to the Equestrian Queensland Board (either incumbents or new persons). Nominations close at 4.30pm, Friday, 3 February, 2017.
Also, should there be any Notice of Motion for inclusion as special business to put before the AGM, such notices must be received in this Office no later than the 5.00pm on Friday, 3 February, 2017.
The AGM agenda including business to be transacted will be directed to all members entitled to receive such notices by Wednesday 15 February, 2017. This Notice of Meeting will be available on all electronic mediums.
If the number of nominations exceed the positions, voting for the elections will be conducted via survey monkey and advertised on this page once nominations have closed. Online voting will close at 5pm Tuesday 7 March. If you do not have access to a PC then a postal vote can be provided to you but must be received at this office by 5pm Tuesday 7 March, 2016.
