Ready Set Trot, Coming to Events Near You

Ready Set Trot is a junior participation program for children with an interest in horses but don’t have one of their own.

Ready Set Trot aims to introduce young people to horses and provide them with a better understanding of horsemanship in a fun and exciting way – regardless if they have access to a horse or not. Ready Set Trot will teach the fundamentals of horsemanship, introduce young people to the many various areas of the horse industry and aims to instill in them a lifelong passion for horses.

Ready Set trot will be at the following events:

• Interschool Queensland State Championships 29 June – 2 July 2014 – Maryborough
• Gatton World Cup Showjumping 1 – 2 August 2014
• Festival Of Dressage 20 September 2014 - QSEC
• QSEC Horse and Home Show 7 -8 February 2015

At the Interschool State Championships Ready Set Trot will be offering fun and exciting activities for children of all ages. Sessions will be conducted at 10am and 2pm… come and find us at the event office (look for the Ready Set Trot Banner).
