Show Horse Nationals

Last week saw the Queensland Show Horse team travel to the Werribee Equestrian Centre in Victoria to compete in the Australasian Show Horse and Rider Championships.

Queensland had a great event with many champion and reserve placings, overall Queensland placed 3rd with only 2 points separating us from 1st!

Champion Leading Rein Pony  - Xanadu of Sefton ridden by Chase Jackson, owned by Karen Shaw and led by Simon Durante

Reserve Leading Rein Pony -Rivington Banknote ridden and owned by Georgia Cronin and led by Kymberley Stewart

Georgia also received the Molly Lord award for best presented rider

Champion Large Show Hunter Pony over 13hh & ne 14hh - Elvonara Park Kandyman ridden by Riley Kent and owned by Carmen Jackson

3rd Place Small Pony ne 12hh - Xanadu of Sefton ridden by Tahnaya Ferris and owned by Karen Shaw

3rd PLace Large Pony Championships - Bamborough Mickey J ridden by Ada Spring and owned by Racheal Spring
