Eventing Volunteer Levy
Eventing Queensland truly values the spirit of community and collaboration that drives our events. However, clubs are currently facing a challenge in securing enough volunteers to support their events. To help address this, we are supporting clubs who are implementing a “volunteer levy” of $30 for all riders. This fee will be refunded in full if you volunteer for and complete a job.
There are a variety of roles available, whether before, during, or after the event, and we encourage you to check the Sign Up platform for specific opportunities. To make the refund process seamless, simply enter your nominated event invoice number into Sign Up and a refund will be provided after completing your volunteer shift.
Your support is vital in ensuring the success of our events, and we appreciate your understanding and commitment to supporting our clubs.
