Equestrian Australia Board Vacancies
Equestrian Australia is currently seeking two board members to fill casual vacancy positions. One position will serve a term until October 2016 and the second will serve a term until October 2017.
A further three director positions (one position is vacant, the remaining two positions are occupied by Liza Carver and Mark Hopkinson) will be up for nomination at the October AGM and Equestrian Australia will call for nominations to fill these three positions in due course.
Position: Executive Board – Non Executive Director
Responsible to: Chairman and Board of Equestrian Australia
Remuneration: This is a voluntary role. Any reasonable out of pocket-expenses will be met in accordance with Equestrian Australia's Expenses Claim Policy.
Closing Date: 15 July 2015
Selection process: applications will be reviewed by a 'Nominations Committee' which comprises two (2) EA Board members, one (1) State Chair (as appointed by the state branches) and a representative from the Australian Sports Commission. The Nominations Committee will submit their preferred applicant(s) to the Board who will make the appointment.
