Expressions Of Interest for the EAEC Eventing Forum 2024
The Eventing Queensland Committee is seeking Expressions of Interest from the Queensland Eventing Community, for 2 representatives to attend and participate in the: Equestrian Australia National Eventing Committee – Eventing Forum 2024.
Due to limited numbers, there are only 2 places available for Eventing experts to represent QLD to attend the EAEC Eventing Forum on Tuesday the 16th of July 2024. The forum will be at the Holiday Inn Sydney Airport, an 8:00am arrival for an 8:30am start, with a finish time of 4:30/5:00pm.
All types of eventing representatives are encouraged to submit an EOI to the Eventing Queensland Committee for consideration including: Course Designers, Ground Jury Members, Technical Delegates, XC Course Controllers, Stewards, FEI Eventing Organisers, State Eventing Health & Safety Representatives, Eventing Coaches, FEI Eventing Riders, State Eventing Discipline Committee Members etc.
The EAEC will cover the forum day package on Tuesday 16th July 2024 (includes lunch and morning & afternoon tea) and the Queensland State Eventing Committee will cover for the flights. Delegates opting to arrive the day prior or depart the following day and stay overnight will be responsible for their own accommodation and dinner costs.
