Leading Volunteers Masterclass

Volunteering Queensland is holding a one-day masterclass that will provide an outstanding professional development opportunity for those who lead volunteer programs. While much has been written and developed to assist volunteer managers to manage their programs, there is little that recognises the importance of leadership in this increasingly complex field.
