Media Release - Eventing State Championships

In view of the Equestrian Australia media release on 2nd September, regarding the delay in implementing the Hendra Vaccination By-Law, the Fig Tree Pocket Equestrian Club Organising Committee for the State Championships are no longer required to conduct the event as an HVE.

Whilst it is now not a requirement that all horses are vaccinated against Hendra, we would still encourage and support riders and owners to follow the vaccination programme.

The organising committee look forward to a successful weekend in hosting the State Eventing Championships, and welcome all riders and spectators to our event.
